Based on your personal bag setup, GCL recommends the ideal club for every shot. You’ll see both the actual distance and the plays-like distance, along with a colour-coded indicator showing how hard the shot needs to be.
Live wind direction and strength are applied to every shot. Headwinds, tailwinds and crosswinds influence carry, curvature and dispersion, helping you make the right decision before you swing.
Every shot is calculated using realistic ball flight physics including carry, apex height, descent angle and roll. Ground firmness, club data and wind all interact to produce landing and run-out that mirrors how the ball actually behaves on the course.
Set your preferred tee, distance units and playing conditions. You can also adjust ground firmness and your typical shot shape so distances and ball behaviour reflect both the course conditions and how you normally play.
